All of our blankets and scarves are handmade products available in single copies, custom-made. Delivery time paid order is 7-10 days plus the time to deliver a package by courier. Deadlines may be shorter depending on the availability of the selected colors.
Delivery is carried out by a professional courier company DHL or UPS. Selecting a courier means convenience and confidence that your order will arrive on time at a reasonable price. Additionally, your email address will receive a link to the page on which date you will see where your shipment is. The courier company enables delivery of the order usually 1-2 days of postage. If, after receipt of the goods find that it does not comply with the order: do not agree to the product type, size, or contain technical defects, please contact the store to determine how the complaint. All complaints are dealt with within 14 working days of receipt. Complaints concerning the difference in the appearance of the received goods ordered, which result from the difference in setting the parameters of the monitor, in particular the difference in colors and shades, they do not constitute a basis for returning the goods. Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during shipping transport will be considered only after drawing up a damage protocol signed by the recipient and deliverer and uploading it to our address.
